The semi-detached, corner house has two floors, on the ground floor there is the Open kitchen, the spacious living-dining room with a fireplace and a shower bathroom with space for the washing machine. There is also a large window as an exit to a terrace in front of the mooring. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one of them very spacious (two bedrooms converted into one) and a single bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. On the top floor we have a solarium with beautiful views of the canal, the filling can be used as a small office. The 19 x 6 meter sailboat mooring is located directly in front of the terrace of the house.
